Pay Rate: $52 - $58/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shifts Available: 12-hr Shifts

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and specialized nursing care to patients in the ICU.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment.
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and initiate emergency interventions when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient status, procedures, and nursing care in the EMR system.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-ICU care as needed.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality care standards.

Qualifications:

• Active and Valid (Hawaii) RN license required
• Minimum 1 2 years of ICU experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
