LaSalle Network is teaming up with a leading real estate organization right in the heart of Chicago and we are looking for an energetic Recruiting Coordinator  to take on a pivotal role in their talent acquisition team! With a strong coordination expertise and people-focused approach, you’ll help build a seamless, positive hiring experience across the organization.

Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of interviews across departments and roles, creating a smooth, organized schedule for candidates and hiring managers
• Act as the main point of contact, keeping candidates, recruitment partners and hiring teams informed and engaged throughout the interview process
• Partner with People Ops, Employee Experience and IT teams to ensure that new hires have a welcoming, organized start from day one
• From initial screening to offer acceptance, assist in every step of the hiring lifecycle in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:

• With excellent attention to detail and a sense of urgency, you’re ready to handle high volumes while keeping everything on track
• You’re a quick thinker with a talent for managing the unexpected and communicating clearly and quickly with people at all levels
• Working with people energizes you, and you’re skilled at building connections across teams and stakeholders

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, with a solid foundation in interview scheduling and calendar management for multiple stakeholders
• Experience with ATS  and scheduling software
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
• Compensation : $25.00- $30.00/hour
