Now, we’re expanding our Talent Acquisition Team and looking for a Recruiter who is a relationship builder, problem solver, and passionate advocate for people.

This is more than just filling roles — it's about making the right connections, delivering high-quality skilled talent to our clients, and leaving a lasting impression.

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46220

Salary: $50,000/year-$60,000/year + Commission

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter at TLX, you’ll play a key role in connecting skilled trades professionals with rewarding job opportunities. You’ll work closely with both candidates and clients to ensure the right fit, every time.

• Proactively source, screen, and engage skilled trades candidates using various tools and methods
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements, company culture, and work environments
• Create compelling job descriptions and outreach that resonate with your audience
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and retention

What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of experience in a people-facing role (sales, customer service, account management, hospitality, etc.)
• Previous recruiting or staffing agency experience is a plus — but not required
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in or with the skilled trades industry
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A genuine interest in helping people succeed
