Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Granville, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that the best talent is sourced and onboarded effectively. This position offers an opportunity to work across multiple departments and engage in all aspects of full-cycle recruitment. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final onboarding. - Create, post, and manage job listings to attract professionals with relevant experience. - Track and manage requisitions using applicant tracking systems to ensure all hiring needs are met. - Conduct compensation analyses to support competitive hiring practices. - Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. - Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental staffing needs. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Handle high-volume recruitment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. - Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and metrics. - Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and company policies. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. - Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles. - Strong background in corporate recruiting, including high-volume hiring. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to analyze compensation data to ensure competitive offers. - Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
