Job Description

This is a flexible, remote position ideal for an experienced Disposition Manager who thrives on deal execution, pricing strategy, negotiation, and contract-to-close management—not prospecting. You will be the primary point person responsible for taking signed deals to market, managing buyer interest and showings, driving competition, and negotiating offers through a clean, timely closing. You’ll work closely with our acquisitions and internal operations team to disposition 5–15 residential properties per month nationwide, ensuring every deal is positioned, priced, and closed efficiently. Compensation This role is 100% commission-based. You’ll earn 1–1.5% of the list price per deal listed and closed, based on experience and performance. There are no set hours—success is measured by execution, communication, and results. Why Join Us • Work remotely with a fast-moving, national real estate investment team • No prospecting or cold calling — all deals and inventory are provided • Flexible schedule with ownership over your pipeline • Clear systems, repeatable processes, and strong internal support • High deal volume and consistent opportunities to close Responsibilities: • Own the disposition process from contract to closing , ensuring each property is properly prepared, marketed, and executed • Coordinate property photos, signage, access, and lockboxes to support strong buyer activity • Manage all required documentation, including disclosures, powers of attorney, and notarizations • List properties accurately through flat-fee MLS broker platforms and maintain clean, compliant listings • Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, buyer agents, and title companies • Manage showings, track buyer interest, and provide clear, timely updates to the internal team • Review, evaluate, and negotiate offers in collaboration with the acquisitions manager to maximize net proceeds Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Active real estate license in any U.S. state or proven experience as a residential Disposition Manager • 3+ years of hands-on experience with residential transactions, investor deals, or high-volume dispositions • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through — you keep deals moving without hand-holding • Availability during peak buyer activity, including evenings and weekends when needed • Highly responsive and reliable; prompt communication with internal teams, buyers, agents, and title partners is non-negotiable About Company: About Fair and Simple Home Offer We’re a national real estate investment company that buys, improves, and sells residential properties across multiple states.
