Central Coast Home Health is a locally owned, fast-growing organization with a great reputation throughout the Central Coast. We are seeking a full-time entry level medical chart reviewer to join our Quality Assurance team in the San Luis Obispo office . NOT REMOTE
Work schedule is Full time, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM in our San Luis Obispo office. **NOT REMOTE**
The essential duties of this position will be the reviewing various communications for Home Health patients, including doctor's orders, visit notes and other clinical communications. This is a fast-paced position requiring increasingly high attention to detail and thoroughness for all documentation being handled. This person will need to be able to retrieve documentation and details on a regular basis with some distraction, as well as taking on additional duties as needed in order to keep a team environment.
Knowledge/Abilities:
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, be detailed oriented and stay on task
- Good organizational, data entry and critical thinking skills
- Experience in MS Office, Adobe and Internet Explorer
- Knowledge of basic office practices and procedures
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent
