Job Description

We are seeking a Property Administrator to support the management of a portfolio of 30+ industrial assets throughout the Houston area. This role will provide essential administrative and operational assistance to the property management team, helping ensure the portfolio runs efficiently and tenants receive exceptional service.

This is a full-time in-office position located on the WEST side of Houston.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the property management team

• Assist with tenant communication, work orders, and service requests

• Help prepare and track budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and vendor contracts

• Maintain accurate property files, lease documents, and compliance records

• Coordinate maintenance schedules and vendor services as needed

• Assist with monthly reporting, expense tracking, and general accounting support

• Support tenant move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate or property management preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi or MRI experience a plus

• Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
