Job Description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Coordinator for a position located in Arvada, Colorado. The Project Coordinator will manage high-volume, repetitive billing tasks on a daily basis with accuracy and efficiency

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have a few years of customer service or customer-facing experience.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions) and Microsoft 365 Office applications to support billing and reporting tasks.
• Process and track work orders and purchase orders (POs) using SAP.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with Project Managers (PMs) to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
• Participate in weekly vendor meetings to coordinate activities and address concerns.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to work orders and purchase orders.
• Collaborate regularly with job runners, PMs, and fellow coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive resolution of PO and work order issues through proactive research and communication.

Requirements of the Project Coordinator:

• Previous customer service or customer-facing experience.
  
• Experience working with work orders and purchase orders.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  
• Strong communication skills.
  
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI within Microsoft is nice to have.
