Join Our NICU Team as a Registered Nurse – Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit!

This position is full-time, rotating day and night shifts.

Title and Salary will be determined based upon education and experience. 

Purpose: The Professional Staff Nurse is a Registered Nurse who plays a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. They are responsible for setting care standards and are accountable for nursing practices. Their duties include managing care for patients and families using independent judgment, effective communication, and teamwork. The role involves leadership, collaboration, supervision, and building strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and patients to ensure positive outcomes. Additionally, they demonstrate a commitment to both the community and the nursing profession.

• Uses research and evidence-based practice to support clinical improvements and influence care plans.
