Join Our NICU Team as a Registered Nurse – Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit!

Make a meaningful impact as a NICU nurse, delivering expert, compassionate care to premature and critically ill newborns in a fast-paced, highly specialized environment. You’ll monitor vital signs, manage ventilators and IVs, support family bonding, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes. Purpose: The Professional Staff Nurse is a Registered Nurse who plays a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. They are responsible for setting care standards and are accountable for nursing practices. Their duties include managing care for patients and families using independent judgment, effective communication, and teamwork. The role involves leadership, collaboration, supervision, and building strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and patients to ensure positive outcomes. Additionally, they demonstrate a commitment to both the community and the nursing profession.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in unit-specific quality improvement initiatives and identifies opportunities for enhancement.
  • Takes personal responsibility for improving patient satisfaction and care quality.
  • Uses research and evidence-based practice to support clinical improvements and influence care plans.

  • Develops daily patient goals and holistic care plans in partnership with patients.
