This role is ideal for a creative and strategic marketer who will help elevate both product positioning and overall brand identity. You will work closely with product and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing plans that resonate with target audiences, reinforce brand messaging, and drive business growth. By analyzing market trends and customer insights, you will craft compelling value propositions and implement campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key, as you shape materials and strategies that ensure consistency and impact. This position offers the opportunity to influence both product and brand success in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Accountabilities

  • Partner with the Product Marketing Manager to design and execute integrated marketing plans that align product and brand strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, insights, and customer needs.
  • Develop clear and persuasive value propositions and messaging that communicate product benefits while reinforcing brand identity.
  • Implement marketing initiatives across digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather insights and create impactful marketing materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product or brand marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of translating product features into compelling value propositions and brand messaging.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, brand positioning, and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Proven collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience or familiarity with the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
