**Job Title: Senior On-Site Service Specialist** **Summary** Join our dynamic team as a **Senior On-Site Service Specialist** , where you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' experience through top-notch operations support. Whether it's performing maintenance, troubleshooting, or providing reception services, you will be at the heart of our service delivery. **Roles and Responsibilities** + Operate high-volume 2D or 3D print and copy machines, ensuring quality and efficiency. + Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate technical problems promptly. + Deliver exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, coordinating service calls, and processing job requests. + Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and calculate service charges. + Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of completed jobs and support building operations. + Assist with meeting room setups, light maintenance, and reception duties as needed. + Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment. **Qualifications** **Must Have** + High school diploma or GED. + Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. + Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. **Nice to Have** + Previous experience in copy jobs or related fields. + Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair. + Valid driver's license with minimum auto insurance coverage. **Why Join Us?** In this role, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, delivering solutions and exceptional service.
