• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a related field focused on Primary/Elementary Education

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching Grade 2 or in a primary school classroom

• Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum or US Common Core Standards

• Ability to design engaging, inclusive lesson plans for diverse learning needs

• Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills

• Passion for fostering the academic and personal growth of young children

• Willingness to work closely with parents and fellow educators in a team-based setting
