You are the dynamic, professional Primary Care Physician we are looking for to serve patients in our Richmond, IN location. Richmond is a little over an hour away from our capitol city, Indianapolis. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5pm.
We are open to considering qualified candidates for future leadership opportunities, including Division Chair role, based on organizational needs and candidate fit.

This Physician will provide comprehensive health assessments, medical diagnoses of acute and chronic illnesses, write prescriptions and formulate treatment plans with an emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and disease management with the following qualifications:
