• Pay: $50,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Your New Role

This role is based in Mechanicsburg, PA, serving clients throughout the Harrisburg, York, and Lancaster areas. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling all phases of commercial plumbing installation including underground, rough-in, and finish work

• Installing and working with ProPress, MegaPress, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and soldered systems

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents

• Conducting quality control tests and maintaining site documentation

• Managing and mentoring an apprentice plumber on the jobsite

• Ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

• 3–5 years of plumbing experience in commercial construction

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read and work from blueprints and construction plans

• Experience with plumbing systems, including ProPress, MegaPress, PVC, PEX, CPVC, and soldering

• Prior experience supervising or mentoring is a strong plus

• Journeyman license and/or Backflow Tester license preferred, but not required

• Valid driver’s license and a dependable work ethic are required
