Corewell Health is seeking a board-certified General Surgeon with certification in Surgical Critical Care to join our established trauma team at Beaumont Troy Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a cohesive and well-supported group of five employed general surgeons, with an emphasis on collaborative practice and high-quality patient care.
You will be part of a growing hospital employed Acute Care Surgery team providing coverage for the Trauma, General Surgery and Surgical ICU patients. Responsibilities will include management of trauma patients at our Level 2 center, rounding in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), performing elective and Acute General Surgery, and contributing to surgical call coverage. The physician will also provide consultative services and work closely with multidisciplinary teams. You will be supported by superior staff and premier ancillary services in an integrated healthcare system. The operative suites are state-of-the-art, and our radiologic capabilities are advanced and very comprehensive.
