Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports Rehab - Travel Position Location: Fraser, CO Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8s Days Pay: $2,105/week Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation clinic in Fraser, CO, on a travel contract. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical procedures, and sports-related conditions, with the goal of restoring mobility, improving strength, and optimizing physical performance. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, adaptable, and experienced in outpatient rehab with a focus on orthopedics and sports medicine. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess mobility, strength, pain levels, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and sports-related conditions.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training.
• Educate patients on rehabilitation goals, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado (or compact license).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient orthopedic or sports rehab experience.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support.
• COVID-19 vaccine and recent tuberculosis test.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and organizational skills.
