Job Summary : As an AIDE of Kindful Health you will work with the RN Case Manager to provide best in class care to a reasonably sized case load. The AIDE will present at IDT every 2 weeks with updates from their fellow care team members and coordinate with the RN Case Manager, Clinical Director and Medical Director to assure best in class care.
Essential Education and Experience : Must be a certified as a nurse aide with a current license and current with your continuing education

Compensation :
Hourly - $19 - $21 per hour.
