Direct Support Professional (Overnight) – Winchester, NH

Are you looking for meaningful weekend work where you can make a real difference? We’re seeking a compassionate and reliable  Direct Support Professional (DSP)to join our team in a cozy, two-person staffed residence in  Winchester, NH .

You’ll be supporting two wonderful women who bring joy and laughter to their home. They love crafts, puzzles, and celebrating every holiday with enthusiasm! If you enjoy a warm, engaging environment and meaningful connections, this could be the perfect fit.

Schedule:

Thursday : 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM (Friday)
Friday : 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Saturday)
Saturday : 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Sunday)

This is an  asleep/alert overnight position —staff may sleep during the night but must be available to assist if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Evening and morning routines, including personal care
Meal preparation and medication administration
Providing a safe, supportive, and respectful environment

Requirements:

Minimum of  three years as a licensed driver with a clean driving record
Ability to pass all required  criminal and background checks
