Female Nursery Nurses Needed | Teach in Abu Dhabi | Teach in Dubai | ASAP and Next Acacdemic Year Start

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced female Nursery Nurses to join our educational institution in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children aged 2-4 years.  If you are based in the UAE this will be beneficial as my client is expanding and looking for more qualified candidates to join

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities and lessons that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
2. Create and maintain a safe and welcoming classroom environment that supports children's learning and well-being.
3. Develop and implement individualized learning plans for children with diverse needs and abilities.
4. Collaborate with parents and guardians to establish strong partnerships that support children's learning and development.
5. Monitor and assess children's progress, and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development.
6. Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and assessments.
7. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching and learning practices.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to health, safety, and child protection.
   

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Cache L3 needed or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
2. Teaching certification or license from an accredited institution.
3. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Nursery Teacher in a reputable institution.
4. Strong knowledge and understanding of child development, play-based learning, and best practices in early childhood education.
5. Ability to use technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
7. A hig command of written and spoken English
8. Experience in Jolly Phonics or the Montessori philosophy

Salary Package

1. Up to 10,000 AED per month which includes the housing allowance - cliengt will help with finding housing

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)

Must be a native speaker of English

Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered

Prefer candidates with international experience

Open University qualification(s) are NOT accepted

Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted

Additional:

**Experience of teaching in the Middle East is beneficial to your application
**If you have experience of working in an Islamic environment/students is beneficial for you
**Suitable for single candidate

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 9000 up to 10000  AED (UAE Dirham)per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE

Bereavement leave given

Emergency Evacuation:

Emergency evacuation given

Gratuity Amount:

Gratuity Amount of the end of service bonus pay is 3 weeks per annum completed and paid at the end of the contract is provided

Contract Length:

2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
