Medical Science Liaison - East Coast ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. We are seeking an experienced **Medical Science Liaison (MSL)** to join our team. This field-based role is responsible for building strong scientific relationships with Principal Investigators, site staff, and healthcare providers, and for delivering accurate, timely clinical and scientific information to support our studies. **What you will be doing:** + Build and maintain relationships with PIs, sub-investigators, CRCs, and HCPs. + Share clinical and scientific information compliantly and respond to educational needs. + Gather external insights to support study execution and enrollment strategies. + Provide protocol and program training, present IB materials at site meetings, and support end-of-study discussions. + Complete administrative tasks, documentation, and compliance requirements accurately and on time. + Serve as a scientific resource for internal teams and external experts. + Travel up to 70%, including occasional weekends. **You are:** + Advanced degree in biomedical/life sciences preferred (MD, DO, PharmD, PhD). + Prior MSL or medical affairs experience in pharma/biotech. + Nephrology experience or training strongly preferred. + Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. + Ability to interpret scientific data and work effectively in a field-based, matrixed environment. + Valid driver's license. **What ICON can offer you:** Our success depends on the quality of our people.
