Job Description

We're Hiring: Materials Coordinator!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Materials Coordinator to manage inventory, procurement, and material flow operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient supply chain management, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with multiple departments to support seamless production and project delivery.
Location: Boulder, CO
What You'll Do
Execute assigned non-inventory purchases.
Perform material and stock item put-away tasks.
Issue materials to production process orders.
Maintain Kanban and common material stocks.
Supplier account maintenance.
Perform cycle counts of assigned materials.
Follow-up and resolve invoice discrepancy/processing issues.
Provide Dock coverage during peak periods and absences
Act as the back-up for the Shipper/Receiver.
Transact all inventory moves to maintain inventory accuracy in the company’s ERP system.
Performs all job duties and responsibilities in a compliant and ethical manner and in accordance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations and industry codes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
High School diploma required; Associate's degree or some college-level courses preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in warehouse or materials functions, preferably in a Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry setting.
Must have good communication skills, attention to detail and good record keeping skills.
Strong knowledge of warehouse or purchasing systems
Physical Requirements
0-10% overnight travel required
The ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, and walk
The ability to push, pull, lift, finger, and grasp.
The ability to speak, listen, and understand verbal and written communication.
Repetition including substantial movement of wrists, hands, and or fingers.
Lifting up to 33lbs/15kg of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Visual acuity to perform close activities such as: reading, writing, and analyzing; operating a motor vehicle or heavy equipment, and to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations.
The working environment includes a variety of physical conditions, working in narrow aisles, and temperature changes.
