Job Posting – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay Rate: $30 – $40 per hour (dependent on level of client care)

Open Shifts:  12 Hour Shifts  Day Shifts: 8a - 8p   Night Shifts:  8p - 8a

Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at CareOne Senior Care. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to clients in their homes, helping to maintain their health, dignity, and quality of life. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly.
• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Educate clients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Support clients with developmental disabilities in daily activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and activities.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the State of Michigan.
• Strong knowledge of vital signs monitoring and infectious disease protocols.
• Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.
• Previous experience in home health or private duty care preferred.
