Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – $2000 - $2500(56hours)/week in Massachusetts

Position Overview:

The ideal Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will have a strong background in patient care, medical documentation, and health coaching . This role involves working closely with patients in long-term care (LTC), memory care, and outpatient facilities .

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs or physicians.
• Conduct health coaching sessions to promote wellness and chronic condition management.
• Perform accurate medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist in outpatient settings, LTC, and hospital medicine environments .
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes.
• Support patients undergoing dialysis and educate them about the process.
• Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients’ health status.
• Ensure infection control protocols and maintain a safe patient environment.

Requirements:

• Active LPN License in the state of practice in Massachusetts or a pending application for Massachusetts. 
• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.
• Must be able to adapt quickly and work with minimal orientation.
• Experience working in memory care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Flexibility to adapt to varied healthcare environments and schedules.
