We are looking for our next waxing expert (Licensed Esthetician) to join our team. This individual will help create, cultivate, and promote a high-quality wellness environment for our clients. They will provide the Tricoci standard of services for facial, wax treatments and brow artistry.

Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role: - Responsible for performing wax services including; brazillian, leg, arm, back, face and under arm.
- Conduct facials daily, including various technologies, brow/lash lamination, lifting & tinting.
- Providing comprehensive skin care consultation, emphasizing benefits of service regimen, and encouraging clients to take home appropriate skin care products for their skin care needs.
- Following all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance.
- Regularly attend and participate in educational training to improve and strengthen beauty service expertise and develop new skills, this includes staff meetings, training sessions, sales promotions, external events, and beauty shows.
- Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and an elevated level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa.
- Cultivating new client relationships and ensuring retention of new and existing clients through high standards of service, courteous, and attentiveness.
- Achieving personal and salon service goals by informing and educating clients on new, innovative products, facial services, and programs to build a strong client base.
- Maintaining safety standards and cleanliness, keeping work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
- Proactively develops new clientele through delivering exceptional service, referrals, and promotion.
Here are some of the skills that we are looking for in this individual: - 3+ of active waxing experience
- Valid and current Illinois license, as required in either Cosmetology / Esthetics License.
- Thorough knowledge of skin care technologies, skin care products and related application procedures.
- A minimum of three years of experience in facials; facial & body waxing, four years’ experience a plus.
- Eyelash extension application a plus.
- Experience in advance services: exfoliation treatments, micro channeling, HydraFacial, and speed waxing is a plus.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong communication, excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
- Required education: High school or equivalent.
- Able to stand on your feet or sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Available to work a minimum of 4 days per week of varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
