Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Law Clerk to join our team in Hawaii. As a Law Clerk, you will work closely with our experienced staff, gaining valuable hands-on experience in real estate and transactional law. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development in a dynamic legal environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist staff with legal research, drafting documents, and preparing for closings and
transactions.
Conduct due diligence on real estate matters, including title searches, property
assessments, and contract reviews.
Prepare and file legal documents with relevant government agencies and courts.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders professionally and courteously.
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in law, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited law school.
Strong understanding of real estate and transactional law principles.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: This is a paid position with a competitive stipend commensurate with
