Job Summary:  

We’re looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. Embedded in the resort experience is a passion for the outdoors and creating connection between guests, employees, and community. The Laundry Attendant is responsible for sorting, cleaning, folding, and distributing linens and terry to support daily housekeeping operations. This role ensures that linen inventory levels are consistently maintained, equipment is used safely and correctly, and the laundry area is kept clean and organized. Laundry Attendants work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless delivery of supplies and uphold Kindred’s standards of excellence.

Job Specifications:  

• Starting Wage: $20.00/Hr - $22.48/hr

• Employment Type: Year Round

• Shift Type: Full Time hours available 

• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

• Housing Availability: Yes 

Job Responsibilities:

• Sort soiled linens and terry by type; identify and separate worn or damaged items
• Operate washers, dryers, and folding equipment according to safety and quality standards
• Fold and organize clean linens and terry neatly and consistently
• Load, stock, and transport clean linens to designated storage areas and guest floors
• Monitor linen levels to ensure shortages do not occur in housekeeping closets
• Participate in monthly linen inventory and track discards as directed
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility and equipment
• Collaborate with housekeeping leadership to coordinate linen distribution and supply levels
• Follow all safety procedures, including chemical handling and emergency protocols
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment through professionalism and reliability
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Previous laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as business requires
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Friendly, professional demeanor when in guest areas

The expected pay range is $20.00/Hr - $22.48/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
