Our kindergarten in Shenzhen pride ourselves in creating a space that encourages our students to learn and grow naturally. We are now holding interviews for motivated, dedicated kindergarten teachers to join us. Our students are aged 3 to 8 years old.
Our vision is to give our students the experience they need to become caring, life-long learners and competent and confident individuals in a changing world. We seek to achieve this goal by providing a holistic education through English immersion in which we create a natural and caring environment that allows each student to develop to their full potential. We encourage students to foster creativity by introducing various themes, teaching them about the world and environment, and inspiring them to move, sing, dance, and play. With our growing number of students, we need talented, experienced and creative individuals to join our existing team of outstanding teachers.
Our teachers expose each student to a wide assortment of activities that allow them to become active participants in their learning journey. We tailor our lessons to support each child’s unique abilities and special talents through the different smarts.
Along with our Chinese Teacher assistants and daily life teachers, teachers engage our students to develop their own talents and social competence to become a curious life-long-learner.
Shenzhen is located in the southern portion of the Guangdong Province, on the eastern shore of the Pearl River Delta. Neighboring the Pearl River Delta and Hong Kong (located just south of Shenzhen), Shenzhen’s location gives it a geographical advantage for economic development. In 1980, the first Special Economic Zone of China was built in Shenzhen. From then on, Shenzhen become a highlighted city of China, one known for its rapid economic growth.
Shenzhen is considered as one of the richest cities in the country which offers foreigners a great insight into contemporary China. From a small fishing village 30 years ago, Shenzhen has turned into a city filled with dynamic energy and on its way to becoming a world-class metropolis. Shenzhen is also known for its famous architecture, bars, restaurants, art scenes and shopping areas.
-Student age: 3 to 8 years old
-Class size: no more than 16 students with 3 Chinese teaching assistants in each class
-Maximum 30 teaching hours per week
-Homeroom teacher: Monday to Friday classes: 09:00 to 16:00 (weekends off)
-Course materials are all in place so lesson planning is minimal
-Conduct classes that are fun and engaging
-Communicate with parents and fellow teachers regarding the students’ progress
-Excellent salary: 15 – 22,000 RMB per month
-Legal ‘Z’ work visa provided

-Native English speaker from USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa
-Bachelor’s degree (in English, ESL, Education is preferred)
-120 hour TEFL certificate (No TEFL? – We recommend INTESOL )
-1 year of work experience teaching young learners
-Clean, non-criminal background check
