New Gig Solutions is partnering with a dynamic accounting and advisory firm seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join their team 100% onsite . You’ll play a vital role in supporting clients, coordinating with the offshore accounting team, and ensuring daily financial activities are accurate and complete.
?? What You’ll Be Doing:
Enter and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks Online and Desktop
Collaborate with offshore team members to review and verify daily deliverables
Work directly with clients to gather missing information and clarify discrepancies
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
Help prepare financial reports, month-end close, and journal entries
Communicate with energy, professionalism, and a service-first mindset
? What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
Strong QuickBooks experience (QBO/QBD required)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Positive, energetic attitude and eagerness to learn
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
