JOB: LionTree LLC seeks Investment Banking Associate in New York, NY, to perform financial modelling, competitive analysis, and industry research; conduct a wide variety of financial and economic analyses to be presented to Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Corporate Development departments and Boards of clients and prospective clients. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: performing financial modeling, competitive analysis, and industry research; utilizing financial modeling techniques and spreadsheet analysis to prepare historical and projected financial statements and analyses; performing financial and economic analyses of companies undergoing mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, or spinoffs; creating comparable company analyses and comparable acquisitions; creating polished presentation materials for the Board of Directors of clients and industry coverage reports, analyzing financial market trends and their implications for companies in the tech, media, and telecom sectors. 20% travel required both national and international required. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. FINRA Series SIE certification required.
