HVAC Project Manager Santa Ana, CA
Our diverse and skilled mechanical team is currently searching for an innovative and hardworking HVAC Project Manager . Candidate must be efficient in HVAC mechanical piping and have over 5-10 years experience and live in Orange County Area.
Responsibilities for HVAC Project Manager :
- Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors
- Develop the piping trade construction standards for the project
- Follow-up on any required warranty work and maintain contact with owner to insure customer satisfaction
- Estimate changes in scope of work
- Manage large jobs with minimal supervision
- Inspect the jobsite on a regular basis for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety
Requirements for HVAC Project Manager :
- 5-10+ years of experience
- Knowledge in Design, Estimating, and Project Management of large-scale Mechanical projects
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
- PE License
- Experience working with AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam, Quickpen, Excel, MS Project, and other BIM-Related applications like Navisworks
- Stable work history
- Local to the Orange County Area
