Description Our client, a growing healthcare organization, is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join their collaborative HR team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to support essential HR functions while contributing to a mission-driven environment that values patient care and employee well-being. Key Responsibilities: + Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department. + Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and benefits enrollment. + Maintain employee files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. + Support payroll preparation and timekeeping corrections as needed. + Respond to general HR inquiries from employees and managers. + Coordinate interviews, background checks, and credential verifications. + Assist with HR reporting and compliance documentation. Requirements + 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience, ideally in healthcare or medical services. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP or Paycom preferred). + Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. + Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
