Manage end-to-end recruitment for international healthcare positions (Nurses, Doctors, Technicians, etc.).
Source candidates using job portals, databases, LinkedIn, social media, and internal referrals .
Screen and assess candidates based on qualifications, licenses, certifications, and experience .
Coordinate interviews, documentation, and credential verification for international placements.
Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients, hospitals, and recruitment agencies .
Ensure compliance with international recruitment laws , visa processes, and ethical hiring standards.
Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
Keep candidates informed about job status, requirements, and immigration updates.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in ATS or CRM systems.
Coordinate with training and credentialing teams for documentation, IELTS/OET, and licensing support.
Report weekly hiring metrics and ensure timely closures as per client expectations.
