Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for international healthcare positions (Nurses, Doctors, Technicians, etc.).
- Source candidates using job portals, databases, LinkedIn, social media, and internal referrals .
- Screen and assess candidates based on qualifications, licenses, certifications, and experience .
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, and credential verification for international placements.
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients, hospitals, and recruitment agencies .
- Ensure compliance with international recruitment laws , visa processes, and ethical hiring standards.
- Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Keep candidates informed about job status, requirements, and immigration updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in ATS or CRM systems.
- Coordinate with training and credentialing teams for documentation, IELTS/OET, and licensing support.
- Report weekly hiring metrics and ensure timely closures as per client expectations.
