We’re MWB Restaurants: your local Whataburger franchise. We’re searching for leaders who know what it takes to run a great restaurant, and aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and make it happen. If that’s you, keep reading! 

As an Operating Partner, you’ll run a multi-million dollar restaurant for one of America’s favorite burger brands! You’ll oversee every aspect of your unit’s operations: from budgeting and driving sales to managing staff, keeping costs in check, managing P&L, and growing future leaders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Take charge of a multi-million dollar business, owning sales, budgeting, P&L, and more
• Build, lead, and motivate a team of 50-70+ burger experts
• Set the standard for professionalism, coaching your team, sharing ideas, and celebrating wins
• Ensure every guest leaves full, happy, and thinking “what-a-burger”!
• Drive engagement, sales, and profitability through smart, creative marketing
• Fostering a culture of friendly competition, productivity, and fun
• Leave a lasting positive impact on our guests, your team, and your community

• $65000.00 - $70000.00 per year base salary (paid weekly!)
• Up to $56,000 in annual bonus potential (paid monthly!)

THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF:

• You’ve been a General Manager or higher for well-known brands like McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Culver's, or similar
• You’re an expert in restaurant operations — budgets, food safety, P&L, the works
• You balance the admin without losing connection with the floor (this role is 70% admin, 30% floor management)
• You’re a hands-on leader who engages, motivates, and connects with your team
• You lead with a focus on long-term growth, building a team that’s equipped and excited to succeed every day
