Position Title: General Labor - Production Associate

Pay Rate :

Current starting rate $21.19 per hour starting pay plus $0.30 per hour shift premium;

Effective September 1, 2025 , starting rate is $23.50 with pay increases to $24.21 up to as much as $26.65 after probationary period

Category/Shift :  Hourly Full-Time – Must be able to work any shift; currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts

The Job You Will Perform :

• Counting and stacking finishing product
• Reading factory orders
• Accurately reading a tape measure
• Utilizing basic shop math; inspecting
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
• This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap
