Schedule/Hours: 1st Shift 1st M-F 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Essential Responsibilities:
Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with external partners.
Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and manipulating pivot tables, using slicers, and managing data for reporting and analysis.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort working with data and reporting tools to identify trends, prepare summaries, and support decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration and clear communication with leadership and peers.
Professionalism, reliability, and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
Experience using Smartsheet for tracking, reporting, or project management.
Exposure to Anaplan or other enterprise planning and workflow tools.
Familiarity with data visualization or dashboard creation to support operational insights.
