This position is primarily 3pm-11pm and does require weekends and holidays.

Front Office Manager - Immediate Hire

We are looking for a Front Office Manager to join our team. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all receptionist and secretarial duties at our office. This is a great opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and work with a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks
  • Supervise and train front office staff
  • Create front desk schedules
  • Handle guest complaints
  • Ensure a delightful customer experience for all visitors
  • Primarily second shift 3pm-11pm

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
