Fairfield by Marriott, located in Terrell, TX, is looking for a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
• Managing reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently.
• Answering guest inquiries and providing helpful information about the hotel and local area.
• Handling payments and ensuring accurate billing for guests.
• Resolving guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborating with other team members to maintain a smooth and welcoming guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (preferred but not required).
• A commitment to providing outstanding guest service and attention to detail.
