As a FOH / Barista, you’ll be the face of Hawaiian Island Cafe, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and leaves with a smile. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with care.
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Taking orders, handling transactions, and keeping the front-of-house running smoothly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cafe.
- Supporting your team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all customers.
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and a passion for creating great customer experiences.
- Is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Can handle multitasking with a smile – from making drinks to chatting with customers.
