What’s the Role About?
As an Expo, you’ll be the vital link between our kitchen and our guests, ensuring every dish is perfectly prepared and presented. You’ll coordinate with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to guarantee smooth service and happy customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being part of a team, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and servers to maintain seamless service.
- Double-checking orders for quality, accuracy, and completeness before they leave the kitchen.
- Maintaining a clean and organized expo station.
- Assisting with carry-out and large party orders as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring every guest receives a top-notch experience.
- A team-oriented attitude with the ability to stay cool under pressure.
