In-House | Base Hourly + Commission
REYNA – a vibrant Mediterranean Tapas and Cocktail Bar located in Union Square – is seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Sales Manager & Coordinator to join our growing team. This is not a sales agent or remote role — we’re looking for someone in-house who will bring passion, creativity, and precision to planning and executing unforgettable events.
REYNA features two stunning event spaces:
REYNA – Holds up to 175 guests
LE LOUIS (our hidden speakeasy lounge downstairs) – Holds up to 120 guests
We host a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings and brand activations to private celebrations and weddings.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in event sales & coordination
Strong industry knowledge and hospitality passion
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage events from inquiry through execution of event
A positive attitude — “people bring back people” is our motto
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and hit monthly sales targets
Coordinate all aspects of events with FOH, BOH, and clients
Develop custom menus with chefs
Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business
On-site management of all private events
