Pay Range:

$19.50  - $31.00  hourly

Location: Miami, FL

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize schedules for executives or team members
• Answer and manage phone calls and emails efficiently
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights and accommodations
• Prepare and manage documentation and reports as required
• Assist with personal errands and administrative tasks
• Conduct research and compile information as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
