Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Prepare and organize necessary documents for meetings
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
Maintaining an efficient filing system and tracking necessary paperwork
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
