What We Offer * Pay: Starting at $13/hour (higher pay for experience) * Medical & Dental Insurance * Paid Vacation * 401(k) with annual company contributions * Promotions and advancement often achievable within the first 6 months What You’ll Do * Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and vehicle inspections * Follow dealership and factory standards on all repair orders * Communicate effectively with parts department and service advisors * Maintain a clean, organized workspace and proper care of tools * Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools as needed * Deliver excellent service and attention to detail on every vehicle Who Thrives at Opelousas Nissan We’re looking for individuals who are: * 18+ with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record * High school diploma or equivalent * Hardworking, eager to learn, and proud of doing the job right * Comfortable using tools and performing physical tasks * Team-oriented, positive, and professional * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer literacy No prior automotive experience? No problem! Automotive, detailing, or customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and attitude matter most.
