Job Description

The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing targeted email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention, while ensuring alignment with the company's overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, including audience segmentation and scheduling.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of email programs, including testing, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling email content and visuals.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance email marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on campaign execution.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Creative writing and design skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
