Job Description

The Email Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data and metrics related to email marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and achieve strategic marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to the marketing team.
• Identify trends and opportunities within customer data to inform future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the email marketing team to optimize campaigns based on data analysis.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing analytics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within email marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for presenting data-driven insights.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
