Join us and shape the future of business. **Role Overview** As a Device Management Analyst at the Senior Consulting Manager level, you will lead large-scale IT and SAP implementation/migration programs. This role requires exceptional program management skills, strategic oversight, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders to deliver complex, high-value programs. **Key Responsibilities** -Lead enterprise design workshops for AMI integration, ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP IS-U, MDUS (Meter Data Unification & Synchronization), and head-end systems. -Drive solution architecture for device management, covering processes such as device installation, meter reading, disconnection/reconnection, and interval data processing. -Prepare and validate Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD) for device management and AMI-related enhancements. -Collaborate with AMI vendors, MDUS teams, and SAP technical teams to ensure robust integration and data synchronization across systems. -Oversee testing cycles (SIT, UAT) for device management and AMI functionalities, ensuring accuracy in meter data exchange and billing integration. -Provide advisory on smart metering strategies, regulatory compliance, and performance optimization for AMI-enabled processes. -Manage and mentor functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to governance frameworks, and proactive risk mitigation. -Engage with senior stakeholders to align device management and AMI initiatives with utility business objectives, regulatory standards, and digital transformation goals. **Required Skills** -12-15 years of experience in SAP IS-U with strong expertise in Device Management (DM) and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) processes for large-scale utilities. -Deep functional knowledge of device lifecycle management including installation, removal, replacement, and meter reading processes within SAP IS-U. - Strong track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions in global consulting environments. - Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Experience in advisory roles within top-tier consulting firms. **Work Authorization** Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. **Compensation & Benefits** - Competitive salary aligned with senior consulting roles. - Eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program. - Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. **Equal Opportunity Statement** Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
