Working Schedule : 8a-5p or 9a-6p MST

Job Overview:
Weâre looking for a detail-oriented Database Manager & Implementation Specialist to join our team and support client implementation, reporting, and ongoing Raiserâs Edge CRM data operations. You will act as an extension of the schoolâs Advancement Services team, handling everything from daily gift entry to annual reporting cleanup and reconciliation.
This role blends data entry and reporting with client-facing implementation support. You will play a key part in helping schools maintain clean data, generate accurate reports, and transition to AI-powered analytics with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Process daily gifts and pledges in Raiserâs Edge or equivalent CRM
- Support annual constituent turnover (updating grad years, codes, statuses)
- Run database hygiene routines (merge duplicates, audit missing fields, standardize entries)
- Maintain real-time dashboards in NXT / Clientâs reporting platform
- Reconcile fundraising data with Business Office records monthly and annually
- Prepare Annual Report of Gifts donor listings
- Pull and format data for external surveys (e.g., NAIS-DASL)
- Generate and update appeal lists for Advancement campaigns
- Assist in monthly reporting creation and formatting
- Serve as day-to-day database liaison for client teams during implementation
- Collaborate with Clientâs BI team to ensure data is clean and structured for reporting

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with CRMs
- Proven experience in database management and business intelligence.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with data entry + cleanup tasks
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Excellent excel / google sheets
- Excellent understanding of the fundamentals of data structures
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into business-friendly insights.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with reporting tools like Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience using AI or automation tools to streamline repetitive work
