Update and maintain department-specific forms
Perform SFS updates and resets
Prepare various quarterly reports
Track and report equipment distribution and maintenance
Record meeting minutes and key discussion notes
Provide coverage on the main telephone line
Monitor and distribute contents of the BO mailbox
Oversee file storage and disposition processes
Operate office equipment proficiently
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook effectively
Perform other duties as assigned
