Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the public face of nonprofit campaigns, inspiring action and building donor relationships while supporting local community events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofits at community events, fundraisers, and outreach programs

• Initiate friendly, authentic conversations with the public

• Educate community members on nonprofit missions and opportunities to get involved

• Inspire donations and long-term support for meaningful causes
