Your Day-to-Day: - Lead the on-site execution of BESS construction projects including battery storage, substation and T-line construction.
- Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Oversee contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation and reporting, including daily/weekly/monthly updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Support interconnection processes and manage execution of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and Independent System Operator (ISO) obligations.
- Conduct site walkdowns, verify work completion, and approve contractor invoices.
- Represent the company in project meetings and external stakeholder discussions.
- Assist with commissioning and transition to commercial operations.
Who You Are: As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: - Experience in Civil or Electrical construction background.
- 5+ years of experience in construction management or project oversight in the renewable energy sector.
- Proven experience with utility-scale battery storage projects.
- Strong knowledge of EPC processes, interconnection, and commissioning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required
